We offer a full Airbnb management service, including creating a listing on Airbnb for your home, all communications with guests, cleaning, laundry, key handling, and restocking.
All you need to do is to let us know when your home is available, we will sort out the rest.
Our fee is 30% of the total income received from Airbnb. This fee is not subject to vat. It does not include cleaning cost which is covered by Airbnb guests. There are no additional fees or charges other than those referred to in the Airbnb Agency Agreement.
