Vacant Property Care in Lymington, Milford on Sea, and the New Forest

For absentee home-owners we offer a vacant property care service tailored to suit your specific needs. At the basic level we offer inspections to satisfy insurance companies requirements. Typically this would involve an emailed report following monthly inspections of each room, outbuilding and garden along with checking the central heating and burglar alarm, if installed. We would arrange for any essential remedial works with either our own contractors or your own. Our fee for this service is £100 per month but only for the months you need this service. Further duties such as organising gardeners, cleaners and general maintenance can be provided. Currently we are only offering this service to properties within a 10 mile radius of Lymington.
